Number of power plants generating millions of kilowatts tops 129 |

(China5e.com, Sept 4, 2006) As of the end of 2005, China had 129 power plants that generate over millions of kilowatts of power. The figure increased by 49 compared with that as of the end of 2000, according to the 2005 National Annual Statistics Report on Electric Power Industry released today by the China Electric Enterprises Association.
