| Gansu’s biologic diesel oil project locates in Aolan |

(Newsgs.com, Sept 6, 2006) With total investment of RMB505m, Gansu Huacheng Co., Ltd’s new energy project located in Aolan, Lanzhou has an annual capacity of 500,000 tons of biologic diesel oil. Contract signing ceremony for the project was held in Lanzhou on Sept. 5, 2006.
