| Central Government and local governments to share revenues from granting coal mining rights |

(China5e.com, Sept 7, 2006) Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Land and Resources and the People's Bank of China (PBC) jointly promulgated the Notice on Relative Matters Concerning Management of Revenues Generated from Granting Coal Mining Rights.
