(Oilnews.com.cn, Sept 8, 2006) Statistics show that China’s methanol capacity under construction reaches more than 13m tons, and the planned capacity will reach 20m tons. Therefore, as of 2010 China’s annual methanol capacity is expected to reach over 50m tons.
