(China5e.com, Sept 8, 2006) REpower Systems AG signed in Baotou on Sept. 2 an agreement to establish the REpower North Wind Power Facilities Co., Ltd, a joint venture that will produce wind power facilities. With a registered capital of 10m euros, the REpower North Wind Power Facilities Co., Ltd has total investment of 30m euros. REpower Systems AG, Inner Mongolia North Heavy Industries Group and Honiton Energy Limited control 50.01, 33.34 and 16.65 per cent of stakes, respectively, in the joint venture.
