(Sohu.com, Sept 11, 2006) The discussion draft of the Report on China¡¯s Alternative Energies has been completed, reported by the China Economic Weekly. It is disclosed that the report will be directly submitted to the State Council, and will be regarded as an important basis for the Central Government¡¯s policy making related to energy industry development.

It is disclosed that among so many alternative energies, development of coal-based alcohol ether will be given top priority.
