(China5e.com, Sept 11, 2006) In 2005, Liaoning Zhangwu Jinshan Power Plant invested RMB150m in the second phase of wind power capacity expansion project. Installation and regulation of wind driven facilities has been completed, and the project will soon generate power through grid integration.
