NDRC plans to build Anhui province as a large coal base

(China5e.com, Sept 14, 2006) According to National Development and Reform Commission’s Plan on Building Large Coal Bases, Anhui province’s Hainan and Huibai is listed among 13 national large coal base and six coal and power base, and the two regions will be built as a coal chemical industry base, as well as acoal export base, a power supply base and a resources comprehensive utilization base.
