(China5e.com, Sept 15, 2006) Hong Kong Construction (Holding) Limited announced yesterday that it would join the wind power plant project with total capacity 200 megawatts, and that the project had a total investment of RMB1.605b.

According to the Hong Kong company¡¯s announcement, Hong Kong Construction (Holding) Limited  will join hands with China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation (CECIC) to establish the Hebei Wind Power Plant. With a registered capital of RMB546m, Hong Kong Construction (Holding) Limited plans to inject RMB218m into the joint venture, which accounts for 40 per cent of total registered capital.
