Cangzhou’s wind power project to commence construction in Oct. 2006

(China5e.com, Sept 18, 2006) The wind power project in Haixing County of Cangzhou, Hebei Province has been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. Construction of the project will start in Oct. 2006. The initial phase of the project will commence production in July or Aug. 2007, and the power generated by the plant will be integrated in the North China Grid.
