| Zhengzhou takes lead in coal chemical industry |

(Xinhua, Sept 19, 2006) Zhangzhou will commence construction of large scale coal chemical project. Sources from the Zhengzhou Municipal Commission of Development and Reform disclose that China Development Bank, China National Coal Investment Co., Ltd and the Zhengzhou Municipal Government signed a letter of intend on the coal chemical project to produce olefin or dimethyl ether from coals.
