(Coalinfo.net, Sept 27, 2006) Construction for the Fengtai Power Plant commenced on Sept. 20, 2006. Located in Fengtai County, Huainan, Anhui Province, the plant has a total investment of over RMB13b and its total installed capacity reaches 4×600MW.
