| China Huaneng Group eyes coal resources |

(Coalinfo.net, Sept 27, 2006) China Huaneng Group and Huating Coal Mining Group signed a cooperation agreement in Beijing. The two sides will jointly invest a total of RMB1.2b in a coal mine project to produce 2.4m tons of coals annually.
