| NDRC to implement differential electric prices |

(Sp.com, Sept 27, 2006) The General Office of the State Council published on Sept. 17 the Notice on Improving Opinions on the Differential Electric Price Policy, which was drafted by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).
