(Oilnews.com, Sept 28, 2006) Hubei Fertilizer Plant’s facilities for oil to coal switch project were put into trial operation on Sept. 24, 2006. An official from Sinopec’s industry department said that the move marks success had been made in application of the coal chemical technology. |
