(China5e.com, Sept 29, 2006) Faku County of Shenyang, Liaoning Province has attracted RMB3b for its two projects. The two projects include a wind power plant with 376 wind power machine units located in the county's nine wind farms. With total capacity of 320,000 kv., the wind power plant is expected to generate electricity in June 2007.
