| TWBB wins bid for Zhendong Coal Electric Project |

(Sohu.com, Oct 18, 2006) Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd (TWBB) announced on Oct. 18, 2006 that it has won the bid for 20 transformers of the second phase of the Yunnan Province Zhendong Coal Electric Project.
