(Cctd.com, Oct 20, 2006) The important energy projects in Anhui Province commenced construction within only three days. The initial project phase of Guotou Xinji Liuzhuang coal mine commenced trial production on Oct. 16, 2006. Construction of the initial phase of the Guotou Xuancheng Power Plant commenced on Oct. 18. The project has a static investment of RMB2.4b and a dynamic investment of RMB2.55b.
