China sets bottom line of coal mine restructuring

(Cctd.com, Oct 23, 2006) State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) clearly announced the bottom line of restructuring coal mine resources. After restructuring, the annual capacity of coal mines are not allowed to be under 300,000 tons in Shanxi, Shaanxi provinces and Inner Mongolia, and 150,000 tons in Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Hebei provinces, Beijing, Northeast and East China, and 90,000 tons in Southwest and Middle South China.
