| Coal chemical industry policy to be promulgated by end of 2006 |

(Oilnews.com, Oct 25, 2006) Head of Industry Department of National Development and Reform Commission disclosed on Oct. 24 that the policy for coal chemical industry was hopeful to be promulgated by the end of 206 or in early 2007.
