(Sina.com, Oct 25, 2006) Taiyuan Coal Gasification Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and Taiyuan Coal Gasification Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Group) signed an agreement on the acquisition of Lishi Coal Preparation Plant, a subsidiary of the Group. Through mutual consultation, the Company will acquire Lishi Coal Preparation Plant at the price of RMB37.98m, which is the same to the appraised amount of its net assets.
