| Yanzhou Coal Mining aims share participation in CTL project |

(Sina.com, Oct 26, 2006) Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd will participate shares in a coal to liquids (CTL) project of its parent company Yankuang Group. in early 2007, sources from Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd told Oriental Morning Post on Oct. 25, 2006.
