| Ningjing’s dye production base commences production |

(Oilnews.com, Oct 26, 2006) Located in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, DyStar Nanjing Colours Co., Ltd, the first large scale dye production base in Nanjing, commenced production on Oct. 25, 2006. An investment of US$55m was made during the initial project stage.
