(Sohu.com, Oct 27, 2006) The second-phase project of the Datang Zhangzhou wind power plant will commence construction in late Dec. 2006, and its total installed capacity will reach 45,000 kv.

According to Fujian Province¡¯s medium- and long-term development plan, the total installed capacity of wind power will reach 2.5m kv. in the province by 2020, accounting for 5.8 per cent of total.
