Iraq welcomes Chinese oil companies to join reconstruction projects for oil industry |

(Cnforex.com, Oct 30, 2006) The visiting Iraqi Oil Minister Husayn al-Sharistani said that through consultations with relatives Chinese governments, China and Iraq will establish a commission with three or four people on R & D of oilfields in South Bagdad, Iraq. Besides, he added that the Iraqi Government will offer preferential terms to Chinese oil companies, who will take part in reconstruction project in oil blocks in Iraq.
