China: No Oil To N. Korea In September |

(Stratfor.com, Oct 31, 2006) China's customs administration released figures Oct. 30 that showed China did not export any crude oil to North Korea in September. Chinese exports of crude oil to North Korea had averaged 900,000 barrels a month prior to tensions brought on by North Korea's nuclear program. Shipments of diesel fuel from China to North Korea similarly fell from an average of 3,307 tons a month to 289 tons for the month of September.
