Daqing Oilfield finds new oil block with reserve up to 1b tons |

(Jmnews.com, Oct 30, 2006) Dr. Feng Zhiqiang, deputy general manager of Daqing Oilfield, confirmed that another four oil blocks were found in Daqing oilfield, and that 800m to 1b tons of oil reserves were identified in the Hailare Basin. The other three blocks, which are small enough to be ignored, are located in Durbote Mongolian Nationality Autonomous County and Zhaoyuan County, Heilongjiang Province.
