| Yunan Province builds first gas power plant in Weixin County |

(Coals.cc, Oct 31, 2006) Yunan Weixin County Huajiaba Coal Gas Power Plant completed its construction recently. The plant will commence power generation on Nov. 5, 2006. The gas power plant, with a total installed capacity of 500 kv., will generate 2.88m kilowatt-hours (kWh) annually, generating economic benefits of RMB1.15m.
