Shanxi Province earmarks RMB620m to build roads for coal transportation |

(Coals.cc, Nov 27, 2006) During the 11th Five-year Plan period, the Communications Department of Shanxi Province will earmark RMB622.9m collected from vehicle purchase tax to fund 14 510-km roads for coal transportation, of which RMB2.4m will be invested in first-class roads, RMB1.2m in second-class roads and RMB700,000 in third-class roads.
