China plans to set special energy conservation funds |

(Oilnews.com, Nov 30, 2006) Li Mingzhi, a researcher with the National People's Congress and head of the Energy Conservation Law Drafting Commission, disclosed on Nov. 29, 2006 that special energy conservation funds would be included in the revised Energy Conservation Law, and that the funds would be allocated to R&D and training projects on energy conservation science and technologies and key energy conservation projects.
