| Ration Group sells PetroChina stake |

(Sohu.com, Dec 21, 2006) On Dec. 14, 2006, Ration Group sold 39.56 million stakes in PetroChina, or 0.19 per cent of total shares, for 396 million yuan at 10.02 yuan per share, according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
