(Sina.com, Dec 21, 2006) Sinopec Wuhan Petroleum Group Co., Ltd (stock code:000668) announced that its second largest shareholder Wuhan State-owned Assets Management Company will sell 10.4 million shares, or 7.08 per cent of stakes in Wuhan Petroleum, to the Wuhan East-Lake Venture Capital Co., Ltd. After the share transfer, Wuhan State-owned Assets Management Company will control up to 7.25 million shares of Wuhan Petroleum.
