Shanxi Province completes first coal gas to natural gas switch project |

(Xinhua, Dec 21, 2006) The coal gas to natural gas switch project in Yuanping, Shanxi Province completed on Dec. 20, 2006. Taking advantage of the No. 2 Shaanxi to Beijing natural gas pipelines, Yuanping upgraded its coal gas pipelines and build new natural gas pipelines, 30 kilometers in total length. At present, more than 40 enterprises and 8,500 households have access to clean and high efficient natural gas in the city.
