PetroChina to build LNG terminal in Jiangsu Province |

(Eefoo.com, Dec 29, 2006) Paul Y-ITC Construction announced yesterday that it had signed an agreement with PetroChina to construct a LNG receiving terminal near Nantong, Jiangsu Province. Liu Gaoyuan, vice chairman of Paul Y-ITC Construction, said that construction of the project would be completed in the second half of 2008.
Sources from the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) said that the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) had approved the project to build LNG facilities in Yangkou Port, Rudong of East China’s Jiangsu Province, with total investment of US$2 billion.
