(Abcoal.com, Dec 29, 2006) On Dec. 28, 2006, Shanxi Province vice governor Liang Bin attended the ceremony to celebrate the establishment of Shanxi Fenxi Liuquan Mining Co., Ltd and the Yushe Liuquan 6m-ton coal mine construction project.

Yushe County¡¯s Liuquan District has 900 million metric tons of proven coal reserve, of which 740 million tons can be developed. Shanxi Fenxi Mining Group Co., Ltd, Shanxi Yushe Chemical Industry Holdings Co., Ltd and Shanxi Juyuan Coal Chemical Co., Ltd contributed 10.20 million yuan, 6 million yuan and 3.8 million yuan, respectively to the joint venture named Shanxi Fenxi Liuquan Mining Co., Ltd.
