(Sinopecnews.com, Dec 30, 2006) On Dec. 28, 2006, Shengli Oilfield Zhongsheng Environment Protection Co., Ltd put its petroleum sulfonate technical improvement and expansion project to operation upon construction completion. The project has an annual output capacity of 50,000 tons. The move marks construction completion of the biggest petroleum sulfonate production base in Dongying, Shandong Province and over 20 per cent of China¡¯s crude oil recovering rate.
