| Guangxi enhances taxes on coal resources utilization to RMB3 per ton |

(Shcce.com, Dec 30, 2006) Beginning 1st December 2006, the taxes levied on coal resources utilization will be increased to RMB3 per ton in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, according to a notice jointly published by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation. |
