(Sp.com, Dec 30, 2006) On Dec. 28, 2006, China Power Investment Corporation (CPI) and the First Union of Myanmar Ministry of Electric Power signed a memorandum of understanding on developing the Irrawaddy River and Mailikai River and construction of the Irrawaddy River Minsong Hydropower Station. |
